- We offer free exchanges for defective, damaged, or unsatisfactory products within 7 days of delivery.

- Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs, except in cases of defective or damaged items.

Exceptions
- Items must be unused and unwashed, in their original condition (including packaging and tags), and accompanied by the original receipt placed on the parcel as proof of purchase.
- Perfumes and personalized items are non-returnable unless they are defective.
- Clearance sale items are non-returnable.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
